Role : Admin Executive

Experience required: At least 2-3 Yrs. relevant

Salary Budget - 17-20 K Monthly

Job Location : Ghitorni, South Delhi - Work From Office

Role & responsibilities :


Job Overview:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Payments of Inward Bills including Maintenance, Stationery, Housekeeping, Security & other Vendors.
  • Ordering monthly consumables of Stationery, Office supplies, housekeeping materials through online or through vendors.
  • Processing the vendor bills to finance team post approval from reporting manager.
  • Maintaining business cards, letter head paper, company envelopes, and other company named stationeries and printing requirements.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Book travel arrangements
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage office budgets and expenses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
  • Experience with office management
  • Knowledge of HR and accounting practices
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
