Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger system.
• Analyze discrepancies in financial records and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to record-to-report processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) process or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation principles.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools such as Excel or ERP systems.
