Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles.
• Understand and analyze job descriptions and technical requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (minimum 1 year).
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Angular, Data Analytics, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
