Job Title: Video Editor/Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Video Editor/Designer with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and design who will be responsible for crafting high-quality video contentfrom rough cuts to final exportsacross various formats and platforms. Role also requires graphic designing skills that bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, motion graphics, and dynamic editing styles.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished videos that meet brand and creative standards
Create a range of content: explainer videos, product demos, reels, corporate films, YouTube videos, case studies, interviews, testimonial and event videos.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual elements across videos
Create motion graphics, animated titles, intros, lower-thirds, transitions, and end screens
Design eye-catching thumbnails and title cards for video platforms
Work with storyboards and translate concepts into visually engaging sequences
Collaborate with scriptwriters, creative leads, and other teams to align on messaging

Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in professional video editing and designing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Ability to shoot or direct small-scale video shoots
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint to create mailers, print items and merchandise
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, timing, pacing, and composition
Familiarity with color correction, grading, audio mixing, and export settings
Portfolio/reel demonstrating a range of video editing and motion design work
