Job Title: QA Engineer - Manual Testing (6 Months - 1 Year Experience)
Location: Ghitorni, South West Delhi

Working Days: 5 (Sat & Sun Off)
Department: Quality Assurance
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with up to 1 year of experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing principles and hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and usability of our products before they reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Perform different types of testing such as functional, UI/UX, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Validate fixed bugs and perform re-testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases and test results.
• Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6months -1 year of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Basic knowledge of responsive design testing across different browsers and devices.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Mantis).
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  

Good to Have:

• Exposure to test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr.
• Basic understanding of SQL and APIs.
• ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level) is a plus.
