Job Description
Title: Dynamics D365 Techno Functional / Technical consultant
Location : Noida, Hyderabad, Pune
Must be ready to travel to Saudi Arabia immediately for 3-6 months
Type : Full-time
Work from office : Hybrid mode.
Experience level : 7-12 years
Strong communication and Client facing skills mandatory for this role.

We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional or Technical Consultant with strong client-facing capabilities to join our Product Design & Development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Sales and the Power Platform, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actively engage with stakeholders.
This role is full-time role based in India however needs initial 3-6 months travel to Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
- Participate in and facilitate requirements workshops
- Define and document user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform quality assurance on solution builds
- Configure and customize D365 and Power Platform components
- Provide technical insights and support during implementation phases
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
- Engage with clients directly to understand and address their needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of product design and development lifecycle
- Experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with D365 configuration and Power Platform tools
- Ability to perform QA and validate technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work in hybrid environments and collaborate across teams
Additional Information:
- Candidate must be open to traveling to Saudi Arabia immediately within the first 6 months of joining
- This is a hybrid role requiring work from office in Hyderabad, Pune, or Noida
- Only immediate joiners will be considered
