Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Backend & Machine Learning Developer to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust backend services and integrating advanced machine learning capabilities into our products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Python, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and practical experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend APIs and services using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Work with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) to design efficient data models and ensure data integrity.
- Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security measures for backend services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Design, build, and maintain our containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Develop and deploy RESTful APIs for machine learning models, enabling seamless integration with frontend and other backend systems.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ML model training, inference, and monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and manage MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring (for drift, performance), retraining pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Contribute to the selection and integration of appropriate ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, ML, and AI
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Python-based frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django
- Hands-on with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost)
- Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI, or Tableau
- Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and application integration
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Practical experience with ML libraries: Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, etc.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib/Seaborn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
