PIPING ENGINEER - 10 NOS.

Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have hands-on experience in Piping Detailed Design Engineering from the Package or Accessory piping systems of Power Plants.
- Should able to understand the ITO inputs (Inquiry to Order) Technical Proposal (Project Contracts)
- Should have extensive review and understanding experience in Schematics (P&ID) and Instruments (e.g. Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Gas Systems, and Water systems and Oil System and also associated instrumentation).
- Should have very good experience in Piping, Tubing and all associated fittings,
- Should have experience in developing new Arrangement drawings & BOM in line with P&ID (Schematics) which inclusive of Valves and all process equipments
- Should have very good experience in Preparing Modification Kit and FMI (Field Modification Instruction manual) for Field support.
- Should have experience in Piping Support & structural engineering calculations as project needed.
- Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication.
- Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of each task.
- Planning the tasks, executing, and delivering on time, with cost effective and 100% quality.
- Should have excellent Coordination skills with all Cross-Functional Teams such as (Tech Leads, Chief Engineers), Suppliers, Configuration Team, Electrical Team etc.
- Engineers should have confidence with autonomy to deliver as work package is critical
- Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical with 6 to 10 Years of experience from Thermal /Aero/Simple/Combined Cycle Power Plant Experience
