Job Description

Medical Officer - Entire Thane District ( KDMC Area )

1. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Evaluate patients, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests to diagnose various medical conditions.2. Treatment and Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, teat with injection (if needed), and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.3. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.4. Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.5. Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, clinical assistant, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.6. Compliance with Clinic Policies: Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to patient confidentiality, informed consent, and medical ethics.7. Supervision on vaccination program8. Counselling and mental health management
