Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, testable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and debugging.
• Use design principles to build scalable architectures that align with company goals and existing solutions.
• Plan and complete tasks with urgency and accountability, solving problems through sound decision-making.
• Foster strong cross-team relationships, manage conflicts constructively, and contribute through thoughtful feedback.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, promote reusable solutions, and optimize systems and processes.
• Engage in activities that uplift team and company culture, including mentoring, recruiting, and contributing to tech communities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., React, GraphQL, C/C++, Java, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks.
