Urgent Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Premium Services Global Tech Client)

4-Month Contract | Work from Office | US Shifts | Bangalore

Client: Leading Global Tech Brand (Search Engine Domain)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Monthly Salary: 25,000
Retention Bonus: 30,000 (paid at the end of 4 months)
Total Potential Earnings in 4 Months: 1,30,000

Job Description:

Were hiring Customer Support Executives for a contractual role with a global tech client in the search and media platform domain. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will assist users with premium service renewals, activation/deactivation, and provide real-time support over chat/email/voice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in renewing their weekly/monthly premium subscriptions
  
• Handle activation and deactivation of premium services
  
• Guide users through subscription-related queries and resolve escalations
  
• Ensure high-quality service aligned with global standards
  
• Maintain accurate logs and follow process protocols
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  
• Graduates or Undergraduates with strong customer handling ability
  
• Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts
  
• Immediate joiners only
  
• Prior customer support experience preferred but not mandatory
