Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Oracle ERP Team Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and geographies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for task allocation, stakeholder communication, and resource optimization within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Coordination
    • Manage and mentor a team of Oracle ERP professionals across functional and technical domains.
    • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
    • Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
    • Ensure transparency and alignment with global business objectives.
  • Resource & Task Management
    • Ensure all team members are effectively utilized with meaningful tasks.
    • Identify and address any resource underutilization or bandwidth gaps.
    • Reallocate tasks dynamically to maintain balanced workloads and project momentum.
  • Project Oversight
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
    • Support issue resolution and escalate critical blockers as needed.
    • Ensure adherence to Oracle ERP best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support.
  • 3+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Oracle Cloud tools.
