Job Description

Job Title: Functional Consultant- Hexagon EAM

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Hexagon EAM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Lead business process analysis workshops, identifying current workflows and designing optimized future-state processes.
• Design and configure integrated EAM solutions, including system configurations, data transformations, and integrations.
• Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, solution demos, and effort estimations.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and iterative enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM (preferably v11.6+ or Cloud).
• Strong background in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or ERP consulting.
• Experience with system integrations and functional/technical solution design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelors degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Hexagon EAM (functional and/or technical).
• Advanced degree (MBA or masters in business, IT, or Engineering).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, Python, FlexSQL, REST APIs.
