Job Description:
Tekshapers Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and experienced US IT Technical Recruiters to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal ATS to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Negotiate salary rates and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, ATS tools, and resume databases.
