Role & responsibilities

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for selling offshore software and IT consulting services to clients in the USA. This is a night shift position and requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients in the USA.
  • Understand client requirements and position our offshore software and IT consulting services accordingly.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, product/service presentations, and demos with prospective clients.
  • Maintain active engagement with leads through regular follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales/business development experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
  • Prior experience in selling to US clients or working in the US shift is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work the night shift (7:30 PM IST 4:30 AM IST) from the office
