Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using Dynatrace.
• Lead performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and optimization efforts.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and SRE teams to define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports for various stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers and operational teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and observability trends.
• Familiarity with other observability tools (AppDynamics, ELK, Datadog) is a plus.
• Dynatrace certifications (Administration, Implementation, Advanced Observability) preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
