Power BI Developer: IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

Bourntec is a leading service provider in digital, cloud, and data transformations across the globe, using the power of cutting-edge technologies including AI. We are seeking an experienced power BI developer with4-6yrs to join our team. KEY RESPOSIBILITIES Ability to deliver the task as individual contributor
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Build and optimize data models for efficient querying and reporting.
Connect Power BI to various data sources and ensure data accuracy.
Implement data transformation techniques using Power Query and DAX.
Collaborate with data engineers to maintain smooth data integration.
Preferable having experience inInsurancedomain.
Stay updated on Power BIs latest features and capabilities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 4 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Experience with data modelling and performance optimization.
Understanding of data visualization best practices.
Good knowledge or experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is an additional

advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Should be able to work in Flexible timing.
