Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will work with the team to understand the requirements and design and develop algorithms engines rules using Python .
You will use BiqQuery as the backend, you will utilize not only generic SQL/DB entities and operations but also BQ specific operations as well.
You will be writing bash / powershell scripts.
You will develop APIs using the Flask framework and implement data ingestion pipelines to handle large volumes of data from various upstream sources
You will implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
You will analyze system issues and debug/track/resolve them effectively..

Experience needed:

7+ years experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in mainstream Python
7+ years of experience in writing PL/SQL stored procedures, functions and triggers
5+ years of experience in developing applications using web frameworks such as Flask.
5+ years experience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
3+ years of experience in data handling, management and ETL processes.
3+ years Experience with data extraction using API calls.
1+ Experience with big data processing solutions using BigQuery, PubSub, GCS and others.
Proficiency in using source code control management systems like Github
Any experience with Angular will be added advantage
Any experience with Lookerstudio will be added advantage
