Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the CPOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Product Management Team.
- Assist in organising and coordinating departmental meetings and events
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CPO in decision-making processes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team/internal team to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/CXOs Office or equivalent roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
