Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Bangalore, MG Road
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 12-15k
Working Days: 6
Reporting To: HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
• Provide support in onboarding and documentation process
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process

Who Can Apply:

• Students or recent graduates from HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Passionate about HR and recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable with using job portals/LinkedIn
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship
