URGENT HIRING HR Recruiter (Call Centre Hiring)Position:
HR Recruiter Call Centre Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary: 2.4 LPA 3 LPA
Job Description We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter with proven experience in call centre recruitment. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates for customer support and BPO roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Post job advertisements and manage inbound applications effectively.
- Conduct initial screenings via phone/video to assess candidates' suitability.
- Shortlist and schedule interviews with interview panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to managers.
- Perform salary negotiations and roll out offers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Track and follow up with candidates to ensure they join as per schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 13 years of recruitment experience, only in BPO/call centre hiring.
- Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, indeed, Shine, etc.) and social sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with interview coordination and onboarding activities.
- Familiarity with ATS and candidate tracking systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-volume hiring.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Teams for virtual interviews.
- Experience in supporting diversity hiring initiatives.
- Strong professionalism and project coordination abilities.
