1. Handling recruitment from junior level to senior level (MRS TO MANAGERS etc.)
2. Planning & implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies from Employee referrals, Portals, Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Cold calling, online social networks, or External vendors.
3. Searching CVs, validating the profiles in terms of Salary, technical matching, Communication, confidence level, etc.
4. Execute Pre-Screening of the profiles, Conducting Telephonic & in-person Interviews.
5. Completing documentation, taking HR interviews, salary negotiation etc.
6. Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding.
7. Building the database through References, Buddy Referral Scheme, and Head Hunting.
8. Handling Payroll, Attendance and Database Management for employees
9. Handling employee relations, disciplinary concerns, and grievance handling as per the defined guidelines/policies
10. Helping employees with career progression, skill enhancement, and Learning and development.
