Job Summary:
We are seeking a Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer with strong full stack capabilities and experience leading development teams in Agile environments. This role combines technical depth in modern front-end technologies with the ability to collaborate across disciplines, guide architectural decisions, and support project delivery. You'll take a leading role in building responsive, high-performance web applications while contributing to backend and cloud infrastructure where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development (Primary Focus)
- Lead the design and development of modern, responsive web applications using React.js , TypeScript , HTML5, and CSS3.
- Drive UX/UI implementation with an eye for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage state effectively using tools like Redux or Context API .
- Implement front-end testing and performance optimization techniques.
Full Stack & System Integration
- Knowledge on any RDBMS- PostgreSQL/My SQL , Python , Java , or C++ as needed.
- Design and consume scalable REST APIs; ensure data integrity and secure data flow.
- Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Team Collaboration & Agile Contribution
- Serve as a technical lead within the development team, mentoring junior developers and guiding code quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help define technical requirements, break down user stories, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Support continuous improvement of workflows, codebase, and DevOps processes.
Cloud & Infrastructure Support
- Collaborate on deployment and infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines and basic infrastructure automation.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and scalability in cloud-hosted environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of full stack software development.
- 3+ years of working experience as a Tech lead or Team lead.
- Strong expertise in React.js , TypeScript , JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Knowledge on PostgreSQL , SQL , and backend service integration.
- Knowledge of Python , Java , and C++ .
- Familiarity with AWS services, DevOps tools, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including planning and delivery processes.
- Comfort with Linux , basic IT operations , and systems administration tasks.
- Understanding of disaster recovery , security, and high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest , Cypress , or React Testing Library .
- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
- Exposure to containerization (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ).
