Job Description

1.Site Manager Operations
Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end management of site operations including team handling, client coordination, SLA delivery, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse/inbound/outbound operations
- Lead and motivate operations teams
- Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency targets are met
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors
2. Deputy Manager Operations
Role Summary:
Assist the Site Manager in overseeing operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely execution of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise inbound/outbound activities
- Drive productivity, quality, and safety metrics
- Assist in audits and reporting
- Manage shift operations
3. Assistant Manager Operations
Role Summary:
Support operational planning and execution, team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of order processing, dispatches
- Inventory and manpower planning
- Ensure SOP adherence
- Maintain documentation and MIS
4. Sr. Executive Operations
Role Summary:
Act as a link between ground staff and management, ensuring process execution, reporting, and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Coordinate with transport and dispatch teams
- Ensure timely inward/outward movements
5. Executive Operations
Role Summary:
Handle warehouse transactions, ensure smooth operations, and maintain records as per guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform picking, sorting, scanning, and dispatching
- Coordinate with team leads and warehouse managers
- Maintain inventory records
6. Executive Inbound
Role Summary:
Manage inbound flow of goods, GRN processing, and system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive goods and validate against purchase orders
- Generate GRNs and update inventory
- Coordinate with transport and quality teams
7. Executive Outbound
Role Summary:
Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods with accuracy and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack, scan, and stage shipments
- Generate invoices, delivery challans
- Coordinate with delivery partners
