Full Stack .Net Developer
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the development of our software applications in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular 14+, Dot Net Core, C#, and SQL Server, with excellent knowledge of GIT, code merge & reviews, performance optimizations, and information security guidelines. The successful candidate will also have experience in mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance coding standards, problem-solving skills, and architectural understanding.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure quality assurance and successful production releases.
- Identify and resolve application performance issues, including optimizing backend logic and database queries.
- Ensure all applications comply with security standards and participate in regular audits and risk assessments.
- Use Git for version control, manage code branches effectively, and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards.
- Implement caching strategies using frameworks like Redis to improve system responsiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the L2 Support Team to educate them on new features, assist in patch releases, and resolve production issues.
- Manage a team of junior developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and providing regular performance feedback.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and other departments to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using Angular 14+, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server, with strong proficiency in Git and version control systems.
- Solid understanding of application performance optimization, secure coding practices, and adherence to information security guidelines.
- Familiarity with caching frameworks such as Redis, with the ability to implement caching strategies to enhance application performance.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers, with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with a team-oriented and proactive mindset.
