Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth through customer engagement and upselling.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure optimal inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage/loss.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.Prepare and analyze sales reports, daily MIS, and operational checklists.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
