Floor Manager Mall Operations @ Vcare Hospitality

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Floor Manager with strong experience in mall operations to ensure smooth daily functioning, customer satisfaction, and seamless coordination with retailers and facility teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Mall Floor Operations

• Ensure timely mall opening & closing with complete readiness
  
• Monitor cleanliness, lighting, escalators, restrooms, and entry points
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering & security teams
  
• Maintain all utility and safety equipment before operational hours
  
• Collect daily sales reports from stores
  

Retailer Coordination

• First point of contact for retailers queries & complaints
  
• Communicate SOPs, night works, and stock movement protocols
  
• Handle urgent issues (water leakage, power, signage, theft, etc.)
  
• Track retailer signages, marketing materials, and display standards
  

Marketing & Events Support

• Ensure marketing setups are clean & as per SOP
  
• Support in Nhance promotions and ensure daily targets
  
• Guide and resolve queries regarding marketing platforms
  

Fitout Supervision

• Issue cold/hot work permits, monitor vendor safety norms
  
• Coordinate fitout & renovation activities with relevant teams
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain trackers: Sales, feedback, permits, audits, signage
  
• Track licenses, agreements, and notices (Trade license, FSSAI, etc.)
  
• Maintain escalations and feedback via e-facility tools
  

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years experience in mall or large retail space operations
  
• Strong communication, coordination & multitasking skills
  
• Hands-on with facility management and documentation
  
• Well-versed in SOPs, safety, and retailer engagement
