Job Description

Professional Experience:

• 25 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail projects (as per role focus)
• Knowledge of construction processes and site coordination

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentations
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Knowledge of space planning, lighting, color theory, and ergonomics

Key Competencies:

• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good visualization and conceptualization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into functional design

Other Requirements:

• Up-to-date with current industry trends and standards
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Willingness to travel to sites and client meetings
• Portfolio of completed projects (mandatory for application)
