Motion Graphic Designer @ Procain Consulting

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in crafting engaging visual stories through animation and design. The ideal candidate would have a strong eye for design, animation, and storytelling, with the ability to bring ideas to life across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, product videos, and brand content.
Develop storyboards and design assets for animation projects.
Collaborate with technology team to conceptualize and execute video content.
Edit video content and integrate sound, music, graphics, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all video content.
Stay updated with motion design trends, animation techniques, and new tools.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Experience in working on video making tools like CreateStudio, Vyond Etc,.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and design work.
Strong visual storytelling skills and a good sense of timing, rhythm, and composition.
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly on creative concepts.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Good to Have:
Understanding of end to end video making process.
Experience of working as an individual contributor to deliver the projects.
Familiarity with social media content trends and formats.
