Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Citrix L3 Wintel L3 Engineer with very good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Deploy and manage Citrix end to end infrastructure in AWS Any Cloud
• Ability to handle Hybrid Citrix environment with Control Centers at Citrix Cloud
• Thorough knowledge in handling Citrix DesktopsasaService DaaS
• Proficiency in Delivery Group machine catalog machine creation services MCS
• Ability to handle Citrix Netscaler ADC including all SSL renewals ADC policies Virtual Servers
• Knowledge of handling Citrix Solution with SAML SSO through Okta ADFS Any IdP for secured single sign on
• Experience in Citrix DaaS Virtual Apps and services with multiple sites and farms
• Citrix Patch Management and life cycle management
• Experience on Citrix WEM Citrix Policies Active Directory Policies
• Knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile
• Citrix upgrade and farm consolidation from planning to implementation
• PowerShell scripting IIS Log cleanup basic deployment application pool recycle
• ITIL Working Knowledge of Ticketing tool any
• Good knowledge of change management processes and Problem Management
• Demonstrate good communication analytical problem solving skills
