Job Description-

AI/ML Strategy & Business Alignment Expert in developing AI/ML strategies aligned with business goals, driving outcomes in risk analytics, customer intelligence, and operational optimization.

Data Engineering & Feature Strategy Proficient in feature selection, data preparation, and pipeline orchestration for scalable, reusable data assets.

Modeling & Agentic Flow Design Creates robust modeling strategies and workflows for autonomous decision-making using LLMs and multi-agent systems.

GenAI MLOps & Lifecycle Automation Experienced in GenAI MLOps pipelines for LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and CI/CD. Skilled with tools like Azure ML, MLflow, LangChain, PromptFlow, and vector DBs.

Tech Stack Expertise Hands-on experience with Azure AI, SAP BTP Cortex, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, and other frameworks. Focuses on secure, scalable integration of LLMs into enterprise applications.

AI Validation & Governance Develops AI validation frameworks to mitigate hallucinations, false positives, and model drift. Implements guardrails, HITL systems, and explainability mechanisms for trust and transparency.

End-to-End AI Solutioning Leads AI projects from strategy to implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and business KPIs.
