Job Description-

• Requirement gathering and identification of WalkMe Scope for each sprint
• Development of Smart Walkthrough WalkMe scripts for automation of manual procedures or training of resources
• Create tooltips using the WalkMe editor that describe and summarize information hints suggestions for the users
• Create Shoutout popup messages to announce new features or functionalities within the applications
• Undertake user acceptance testing and review meetings to evaluate the accuracy of WalkMe builds within the SIT environment
• Publish WalkMe scripts and other content to production and after that maintain these WalkMe builds.
• WalkMe Analytical and report hands on experiences to generate user usages report for management for business values.
• Understanding about the DAP Digital Adoption Platform with implementation hands on.
• Mitigate bugs errors and enhance existing scripts based on clarification by customer user.
