Job Description

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Participate in project planning and provide strategic inputs
• Review and communicate project plans to ensure clarity among stakeholders
• Ensure all activities adhere to approved cost estimates
• Support in obtaining statutory approvals and clearances
• Coordinate with local authorities for land readiness, utility shifting, and encumbrance removal
  

Operational Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site execution, ensuring timely completion of activities
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless execution
• Supervise and provide on-site technical guidance to resolve construction issues
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks
• Track site expenses, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure material availability, proper inventory control, and storage at site
• Review and validate quantity surveying reports and progress reports
• Maintain statutory compliance records for site and contractors
• Ensure security arrangements to prevent theft and pilferage
• Develop, guide, and manage the site MEP team
• Maintain strong coordination with HO and regional teams
• Foster a productive, safe, and compliant work environment
