Notice Period: Immediate iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of SFCC Scrum Developer.Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SFCC Scrum Developer with strong managerial and communication skills to join our team. This role is focused on team coordination, Agile methodology implementation, and stakeholder management rather than hands-on technical development.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring tasks are well-defined and assigned appropriately.
Monitor sprint progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve challenges.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Drive continuous process improvements within the Agile framework.
Ensure adherence to SFCC best practices and project timelines.Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of experience in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) projects.
Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and drive project success without hands-on technical involvement.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in eCommerce and digital transformation projects is a plus.
