Greetings from 2COMS team,
We are currently hiring for International non-voice process (US Healthcare) for leading MNC at Airoli,Mumbai
Job Description:
To provide e-mail chat support to the healthcare client of the leading MNC.
Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Qualifications and eligibility criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate except IT graduates ( No BE/BTech/BCA/BSC(IT))
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Freshers and experience of 6 months to 1.5 years in US Healthcare Process(email process)
Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
Salary Offered : Freshers- 15k CTC per month+Rs 3000 monthly bonus
Experienced- 20% to 25% hike on previous salary + Rs 3000 monthly bonus
Shift time- Rotational night shift(Mon to Fri),Sat & Sun fixed off
Benefits- Free pick and drop cab facility within 30 kms from the work location+PF+ESIC
