Job Title: Corporate Bookings Account Management & Reservations

Role Overview:
This role is a hybrid of Account Management and Reservation Coordination, designed for professionals who are passionate about customer relationships and operational excellence. You will work closely with corporate clients from the Australian marketnurturing partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring smooth reservation fulfillment. This position plays a critical role in driving client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in the Australian region.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and travel coordinators.
- Understand client preferences, travel policies, and expectations to offer tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities through consistent engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business leads within the corporate segment through referrals, networking, and inbound queries.
- Work closely with the sales and supply teams to convert qualified leads into active accounts.
- Track market trends and client feedback to support strategic growth initiatives.
Reservation & Booking Coordination
- Manage hotel bookings as per client requirements using OYOs proprietary systems and vendor platforms.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations, modifications, and special requests.
- Coordinate with hotel partners, internal teams, and supply managers to secure availability and fulfill client expectations.
- Troubleshoot booking issues quickly and efficiently to maintain service quality.
Reporting & Account Monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, account activity, and client communication.
- Prepare account performance reports and track client usage patterns.
- Ensure compliance with internal SLA standards and escalation protocols.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in corporate travel, hotel reservations, or account management
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reservation platforms
- Professional fluency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to support Australian clients
Eligibility & Preferred Background:
- 36 years of relevant experience in client servicing, travel coordination, or hospitality sales
- Exposure to the Australian or international corporate travel market is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in alignment with Australian time zones
