Monitor Network infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues

Timely update, escalation and resolution of network tickets

Perform daily Health Check for Network, ensuring Network Uptime and service availability as per SLA

Implementation of standard network changes

Configuring and troubleshooting of switches and routers.

Commission and Decommission Network equipment

Experience in WAN / Internet link troubleshooting with ISPs

Collaborate with Lead and Specialists for implementation of Migration/Upgradation Activities.

Document the SOP, network diagrams.

Mandatory Leaf Skills (For Hiring)

Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, Routing protocols, IP addressing, DDI protocols)

Conceptual knowledge on 3-tier network architecture

Mandatory Certification (For Hiring)

CCNA / Equivalent certification is mandatory (within 3 months of Joining)
