Job Title: Senior SAP Funds Management Consultant (with S/4HANA Experience)
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid as per project needs)
Compensation: Up to 35 LPA

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Funds Management (FM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering Public Sector or Government-focused financial solutions using SAP Funds Management, ensuring effective budget control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Funds Management (FM) implementations, enhancements, and support.
• Configure Funds Management objects such as Fund, Fund Center, Commitment Items, Funds Block, and Budget Control System (BCS).
• Integrate Funds Management with FI, MM, and Grants Management in SAP S/4HANA.
• Work with public sector or government clients to map budgetary and fund control requirements to SAP FM functionalities.
• Design budget structures, availability control mechanisms, and workflows for fund requests/approvals.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Support month-end/year-end budget processes, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Create functional specifications for ABAP enhancements or interfaces involving FM.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on Funds Management.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FM environment.
• Strong understanding of Public Sector Management (PSM) processes.
• Experience in Budget Control System (BCS), AVC (Availability Control), and workflows related to FM.
• Integration knowledge with SAP FI, MM, CO, and Grants Management.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in Funds Management or Public Sector Management.
• Experience working on government or PSU projects.
• Exposure to Fiori apps related to FM, SAP Analytics, or reporting tools.
