Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, O2C (Order Management) Responsibilities: The responsibilities of an International Load Planning (ILP) desk may include, but are not limited to the following customer service functions: Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads Update Oracle Transportation Management System (OTM) with current shipment information. Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions. Complete daily logs and trackers Identify cost savings opportunities for the company Coordinates with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery, and recovering loads when necessary Provides load exception investigation and reporting Weighs alternative financial decisions before taking action Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred. Relevant experience in order management, customer service, or related roles. Experience in Exports/Imports process is a plus Experience on SAP is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong Customer Service background required, preferably in Supply Chain. A wide and detailed understanding of Exports, Order Fulfillment processes and procedures. Clear understanding of Global Commerce dynamics, Exports process from United States to other countries. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Capacity for understanding logistics and sales Basic knowledge of MS Office. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
