Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring a strong and positive relationship.
Collaborate with clients to implement services and effectively plan project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and service-level agreements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value.
Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technology, communication, development) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Organize and lead project meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Handle client feedback and complaints promptly as per QMS processes (Customer Satisfaction Surveys).
Provide strategic guidance to clients to improve engagement and retention.
Monitor resource productivity through time sheet analysis and calculate utilization metrics.
Conduct effort estimation and track billing vs. resource utilization per client.
Oversee project closure and ensure timely billing based on agreed contract terms.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management and project coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on resource management and billing.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
