We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals who are fluent in Arabic to join our customer support team. As an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assisting customers with various travel-related services, including waivers, schedule changes, ticket management, and general support.
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with waivers, schedule changes, issuing, voiding, reissuing, and refunding tickets.
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication in Arabic.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and travel services.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records of customer communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a travel industry role is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using ticketing and CRM systems
Experience in airline, travel, or ticketing services.
Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage
