Location: Gurugram (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Note:
- Must be available to work in US EST time zone (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer (ServiceNow) to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Develop and implement new workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools using APIs and integration tools.
- Maintain system security and integrity, including roles, groups, and ACLs.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide support for existing ServiceNow environments and resolve incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and releases.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with core ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or Service Portal.
- Exposure to CMDB and Discovery.
