- H & Co. Company Secretaries is a ICSI Peer Reviewed practicing unit. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Company Secretary/LLB Internship (LONG TERM ONLY) at H& Co. Company Secretaries located in JP Nagar 2nd phase Bengaluru South. The Trainee Company Secretary/LLB Intern will be responsible for assisting senior company secretaries in day-to-day tasks related to statutory compliance, corporate governance, and corporate legal matters. The trainee will also assist in preparing and maintaining company records, drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents, Compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, RBI and providing required support. Qualifications Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations Attention to detail and accuracy in work Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information with discretion,
