Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and management of AI-powered products and solutions
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to deliver innovative products that solve business problems and create value for customers
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI technologies, product management experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products, Identify business opportunities where AI can deliver significant value, Stay updated with AI industry trends and technologies to inform product development, Training and Education:
Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams to improve their understanding of AI concepts, applications, and tools, Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide non-technical teams in leveraging AI in their functions (e-g, marketing, operations, customer service), Create educational materials, such as documentation, workshops, and tutorials, to promote AI literacy across the organization, Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into AI product requirements, Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver AI solutions, Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders and executives, AI Model Integration:
Work with data scientists and engineers to define the requirements for AI models and ensure they meet product objectives, Oversee the integration of machine learning models into the product pipeline, Monitor the performance of AI systems and work with technical teams to refine them as needed, Execution and Delivery:
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines, Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI features, Performance Measurement:
Define success metrics for AI products and track their performance post-launch, Leverage data-driven insights to iterate on product features and improve user experience, Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations,
