Job Description

For AD, about 12 -16 years of overall experience with at least 5-7 years experience `in QA space; at least 2 years as Sr manager Quality in RCM space (AR, E2E, Pre Auth)
Skills and Competencies:
a. Strong RCM domain knowledge

b. Strong quality function knowledge

c. Reporting, good in MS Excel

d. Excellent communication

e. Experience in client interaction

f. Strong in people management

g. Inclination towards automation

h. Exposure to analytics
