Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Lead to oversee our software testing processes and ensure the highest quality of deliverables. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, establish testing standards, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure all software solutions meet or exceed user expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and/or automation). Define, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements. Conduct and manage various testing methodologies: functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT. Identify and document bugs, and ensure thorough tracking and resolution. Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve quality issues. Drive automation efforts where applicable and guide the selection of tools and frameworks. Report test results and quality metrics to stakeholders. Mentor junior QA team members and conduct performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company and industry QA standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 12 years in a lead role. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in both manual and automated testing. Proficiency in using QA tools like JIRA, Selenium, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, etc. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
