- Job Description: QA Lead (Male Candidates ) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of QA engineers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes. Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Planning: o Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. o Define and implement QA processes and best practices. o Estimate testing effort and resources. Test Execution & Reporting: o Lead the execution of manual and automated test suites. o Identify, document, and track software defects. o Generate and analyze test reports and metrics. o Communicate test results and risks to stakeholders. Automation Development & Maintenance: o Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks , preferably Selenium with Java o Evaluate and recommend new automation tools and technologies. Team Leadership & Mentorship: o Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. o Assign tasks and monitor progress. o Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. o Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Process Improvement: o Identify areas for improvement in the QA process. o Implement and monitor process improvements. o Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends. Good to Have: Performance testing experience CI/CD knowledgeGit, Jenkins etc Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
