We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Executive to join our customer support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web-chat interactions with US-based candidates to screen them for our client's hiring requirements. You will be responsible for recording call outcomes on the designated tool while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and webchat interactions for candidate screening
Assess and qualify candidates based on client hiring requirements
Accurately document call outcomes in the designated tool
Maintain professionalism and efficiency in customer interactions
Excellent communication skills (Versant score 58 & above)
Ability to clear additional written assessment for chat support
Prior experience in a US contact center is preferred
Willingness to work US hours (Shifts between 5 PM IST and 7 AM IST)
Work-from-office is mandatory, including weekends
