About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about people and processes to gain real-time experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
  
• Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners
  
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  
• Coordinate attendance and leave records
  
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
  
• Draft HR letters and maintain compliance documentation
  
• Provide general administrative and HR support
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresh graduates (MBA in HR preferred)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
  
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
