Ciklum is looking for Senior Resourcing Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Lead end - to - end recruitment cycles for senior and niche roles across multiple departments, ensuring a streamlined and timely hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions. Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies, leveraging social media, networking, and database searches. Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and industry insights. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and employer branding initiatives. Use data analytics to track hiring metrics and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity goals, and labor regulations. Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships for talent acquisition support.
